Tiffon Réserve de la Famille comes from the vines of the Château de Triac and has been aged for half a century. The cellar master has only used the finest cognacs that come from the château’s cellar and which have constituted the family reserve. The ageing was only done in old barrels, which gives a pale and dry cognac. Rare are the cognacs like this one that have matured so well.

This cognac is very sophisticated. It develops a complex nose and great finesse with persistent aromas of cooked apples. Very nice harmony on the palate, followed by notes of vanilla. The length in the mouth is very pleasant with slightly floral tastes.

Tiffon Single Cru Grande Champagne is a blend of several old cognacs aged around 80-90 years and selected in person by the cellar master. This Single Cru has reached its maximum maturation in cask. Finesse, elegance, lightness characterize the blend.

A very rich and excellent cognac on the palate. Aromas of bitter chocolate, nutmeg, ripe banana, truffle and light violet blossom. Taste of espresso coffee, ground black pepper and lavender flower on the finish.

Tiffon Single Cru Fins Bois is a blend of several old cognacs aged around 70-80 years and subtly chosen by the cellar master. This Single Cru has reached its maximum maturation in cask. Finesse, elegance and lightness characterize the blend.

Rich and generous in the mouth. Notes of grapes, plums, marmalade, candied oranges, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon aromas.
